E-COMPARED: European-COMPARative Effectiveness research on online Depression

: The overall objective of E-COMPARED is to provide mental healthcare stakeholders with evidence-based information and recommendations about the clinical and cost-effectiveness of blended depression treatment. E-COMPARED will engage in Comparative Effectiveness Research to determine what treatment works best, for whom, and under what circumstances. Current practice of Cognitive Behavioural Therapy in routine and specialized mental healthcare will be compared with innovative treatment for depression that combines both internet and mobile technologies, and face-to-face interventions. ICare - Integrating Technology into Mental Health Care Delivery in Europe

: ICare brings together experts in online mental health care from all over Europe. The ICare researchers have developed more than 30 evidence-based online programs in the fields of health and mental disorders. The purpose of ICare is the development of one common platform with validated interventions for prevention, detection and treatment of common disorders, such as anorexia, bulimia, anxiety and depression. This project has received funding from the European Union’s Horizon 2020 research and innovation programme under grant agreement No 634757.
