The Laboratory of Psychology and Technology (LABPSITEC), of the University Jaume I of Castellón, Spain, is a consolidated research group that, since 1994, is dedicated to explore how technology can benefit Clinical and Health Psychology.

Technology opens doors to optimize psychological assessment and treatment, overcoming the barriers of distance, time and economic resources that limit access to face-to-face therapies. Thanks to ICTs, it is possible to broaden the scope of psychological interventions while maintaining a very favorable cost-effectiveness ratio.
