Graduated in Psychology (2019-2023) and Master in General Health Psychology (2023-2025) at the Jaume I University; and currently working on her doctoral thesis at LABPSITEC on the implementation of evidence-based psychological treatments in Spanish healthcare.
Throughout her years of training, she has had the opportunity to do internships at the Psychological Assistance Service (SAP) of Jaume I University, which has allowed her to be in contact with various evidence-based psychological interventions, especially those aimed at treating emotional disorders. Additionally, these interventions are not only in the traditional individual face-to-face format, but at SAP, she has also been able to learn and apply blended and online treatments.
