Amanda Díaz García is a professor at University of Zaragoza (UZ), in the Department of Psychology and Sociology. She has a degree in Psychology from the Universidad Nacional de Educación a Distancia (UNED), two official masters (Official Master in Psychopathology, Health and Neuropsychology and the Master in General Health Psychology) and the doctorate at the Universitat Jaume I, where she obtained the highest qualification Excellent Cum Laude, international mention of doctorate and Extraordinary Award.

Her main line of research focuses on the application of Information and Communication Technologies (ICTs) for the promotion of mental health and well-being. Specifically, in the self-applied treatment through the Internet for emotional disorders. Her research line converges with the study of the role of emotional regulation, positive affect regulation and the transdiagnostic perspective in the treatment of these disorders.

She is the author of several scientific articles published in prestigious journals and has presented numerous papers at conferences related to advances in psychological treatments. She has participated in several research projects focused on research and application of ICTs in clinical psychology. She is an external researcher of the LABPSITEC research group.
