How much does this service cost?

• It’s free – Just for current research projects, as long as they meet the inclusion criteria needed for that specific research. - See free of charge treatments -.
• € 35 per session – Any person who is willing to receive psychological counselling at the service.

How can I get help?

• By phone, calling 964 38 76 47 (extension 7647 if calling from the University's internal network).
• In person, going to the NB2107DL office located on the first floor of Research Building II.
• By e-mail, writing to the following address: sapuji.es, with your name and contact phone number.

What is the usual process to receive psychological assistance?

1. Please, contact us indicating briefly the reason for consultation.
   A professional team will contact you to schedule an appointment for a first interview. This way we will try to determine the cause of consultation with accuracy. This first interview is free.

2. With the information obtained in this first interview, the case is discussed at the weekly meeting of the SAP team of therapists. That meeting will determine whether it is possible for us to provide you with the most appropriate treatment for your application, taking into account the waiting list, the applicant's claim and the number of therapists available at the time of consultation. If not, we will always try to provide you information about other places where they could meet your demand.

3. About one week later, after the first interview, we will contact you to inform you and, if necessary, start with the treatment.
